Now that Lil Ru has the nation focused at the bottom of the map and talking about South Carolina hip hop it’s time for him to either fall in line or step back and let another have at it.
As noted earlier this summer and last week Head Hunter’s Lil Brods’ buzz is undeniably growing. From what I hear he (and his camp) have the streets of SC on lock and are beginning to expand his brand beyond the goons and the goblins.
This week Randy and I discuss one of the next artists on deck out of SC, Lil Brod and the Head Hunter camp.
Speaking of Blue Print 3, we also discuss the new album and give our respective, extremely humble opinions on it.
What I find most interesting is Wale seems to have been affiliated with Roc Nation much longer than J. Cole, yet Jay-Z chose J. Cole to be on the album. I wonder if Wale is somewhere feeling a certain type of way about that.
