Feature Night Thursdays returns for the annual hip hop Christmas songs radio special! If you’re new around these parts, for several years I hosted a Thursday Night Feature show on WXYC 89.3 FM Chapel Hill. Back in August 2013 after an awesome and fun three year streak, I stopped hosting the radio show in order to focus on running and getting my health in order.

The annual hip hop Christmas songs radio special returns on December 18, 2014 and includes an interview with Sonyae. Sonyae is a Raleigh, NC based emcee who recently released her recently released debut project, Leave of Presence.

Sonyae will be coming to the studio during the night to discuss her mixtape, her work as an upcoming artist, and much more. Sonyae is well-respected as a skilled lyricist by many in the North Carolina underground hip hop community.
