As with Feature Night Thursdays, I took the summer off and am now ready to turn up again! This month’s Sunday Night radio show will air this coming weekend (vs. the last Sunday of the month). This is also the first week that school will be back in session for UNC-Chapel Hill, so I’m looking forward to a great show.

Realer Music Group will be stopping by the studio to chop it up about their new album, 72-10. Which if you missed it, made my The Top 5 Carolina Hip Hop & R&B Releases Of 2012…….So Far list.

X The Artist will also be stopping by and we will be discussing the social, political and cultural issues in his artwork. He recently opened an art gallery in downtown Greensboro, NC, where his pieces reflect subjects such as Hip Hop music, modernist architecture and current events.

As usual the show airs on WXYC 89.3 FM Chapel Hill, NC from 10PM-12MN. Live streaming will be available on the stations website.
