I always thought REi should have dropped videos for "Can’t Complain" and "Cougar" off of his Item 9 mixtape, especially with the take off of ABC’s "Cougar Town", but anyway.

The New Orleanian released his newest project today with production from Cardo, SMKA, Don Cannon and Toomp, plus features from Scolla, Fiend, Mack Maine and Jarren Benton. Should be pretty dope. You can download the mixtape below and check out the back cover plus track listing after the jump.
