Although they are from the same city (Newport News, VA) Big Hop and JMProductions met via Twitter. Now the emcee (Big Hop) and producer (JMProductions) have teamed up to create this new side project, #PenDistrict.

#PenDistrict is a six track EP consisting of features from NC/VA emcee collective, Alpha Male Society (AMSOC). Production is handled exclusively by JMProductions. Going forward, there will be an EP release every month from an AMSOC member.
