It sounds like to me that MTV2 may take the BET Hip Hop Awards’ swag. On December 4, MTV2 will present the inaugural Sucker Free Awards. The show will take place at LIV Fontainebleau in Miami Beach, feature a special performance from YMCMB and be hosted by Sway Calloway.

MTV2’s Sucker Free Countdown is the longest-running franchise and #1 weekly hip-hop show. Leading up to the awards, Sucker Free will present a special "Countdown," "Sucker Free Daily" episodes and the second installment of "Sucker Free Road to Release" chronicling Wale’s journey.
