Radio Rah (@RadioRah) was another surprise guest at the A3C Hip Hop Festival last night. The Washington D.C. native came through and after host Hustle Simmons asked for a verse, Raheem Devaugn gave the fans what they wanted and more with "Bulletproof." Wow!!
