One thing (among several others) that I’m loving about the North Carolina hip hop scene this summer is the time and money folks are investing into their brand and business.

Last month, Enfield, NC’s Derty Den was the Feature Artist during my monthly Feature Night Thursday show on Chapel Hill’s WXYC 89.3 FM. With sponsorships from Flud Watches, Stall & Dean, Ciroc Vodka plus Adidas, Derty Den is one of the most successful independent artists out of NC.

He’s gearing up for his 5th album release, Limitless, and above is the trailer for the lead single, "Crazy." The video is directed by CDub TV and by the look of these visuals, the "Crazy" video is going to be way too ill.
