Left Of Black is a weekly webcast hosted by Duke professor Dr. Mark Anthony Neal, who teaches Black Popular Culture in the Department of African and African American Studies at Duke University. His weekly webcast is produced in collaboration with the John Hope Franklin Center at Duke University.
In the latest episode of Left Of Black Dr. Neal speaks with Rosa Clemente, who was the 2008 Green Party Vice-Presidential candidate. Together they discuss the historic Green Party ticket in 2008, contemporary Black activism, her first upcoming book, When A Puerto Rican Woman Ran For Vice-President and Nobody Knew Her Name and hip-hop.
