Blues singer Marvin Sease made the type of music your parents didn’t want you to hear. You either had to sneak and listen to it or hear about it from your friends. Similar to The Ohio Players album covers, Marvin Sease’s music was not made for children.
With song titles like “I Ate You For My Breakfast”, “The Power Of Coochie”, “Pump My Juice” and “Everything You Eat Ain’t Good”, you can see why.
Marvin Sease was originally from Blackville, South Carolina and reportedly passed away yesterday in Vicksburg, Mississippi.
He released several albums through out his career, including Who’s Got The Power, Playa Haters, Hoochie Mama and The B*tch Got It All. He was 64.
