Joey Papers is out of Orangeburg, SC. Beyond that I don’t know too much about him besides the fact that Lana over at Carolina Hustle manages him. I have however seen Papers on the other Carolina hip hop blogs recently so he must be moving.
‘Loco’ talks about, among other things, the drank called 4 Loco that is tearing up the streets of SC. I keep hearing word about how it makes folks go HAM after drinking and have been warned by several SC counterparts not to taste it. OK then.
