Nanci O Is Hip Hop

The VH1 Hip Hop Honors began in 2004 and is an annual awards show that pays homage to the pioneers of hip hop. 2010’s events will be the Dirty South version, with honorees Jermaine Dupri, Organized Noize, Master P, Uncle Luke, Timberland + more. There’s been alot of noise all over the South about who’s NOT getting honored plus all kinds of other drama; Tony Draper is upset that Suave House is not being recognized, Scarface feels “slighted” about The Dirty South tag and Maurice Garland (another Editor for Ozone) interviewed Big Boi of Outkast recently who breaks down the facts of why Outkast has not been honored yet either.

On this week’s episode Randy and I talk about all the recent drama about this year’s Honors. We also touch on Gucci Mane’s release (he’s free!) and the drama surrounding Waka Flocka’s mama Debra Antney being let go as Gucci’s manager.
