Every single time I run into Raleigh, NC’s Blackstorm at an event he’s handing me new music. EVERY SINGLE TIME. OK the one time he didn’t pass new music was when his whole crew came out to support the Women of Hip Hop event back in March. But I could have sworn I saw some CDs in his hand, LOL.
Anyway Blackstorm and F.A.M.M. Clique have been going pretty hard for all of 2009, and from what I hear, will mash the gas leading into 2010. If nothing else I respect folks grind–it’s nothing pretty in these industry streets, what with declining CD sales and alleged shady management and promotors running wild.
