The class focuses on hip-hop producers–their history, who they are, what they do, why it matters, etc. There is also a focus on sample-based hip-hop. He already has a great line up of award winning producers scheduled to speak to his class and is now looking for MC’s.

Will B. is looking for area MC’s (or if you’ll be traveling through RDU this summer) who are willing and available to come talk to an undergraduate class about how they work with producers. He would love to have an MC that has worked closely with a sample-based producer and talk about the process of how do an MC and producer respond to each other, how do the beats affect the rhymes [or vice versa], etc., etc…
