The first time I went to a release party for a mixtape I was like what’s next? A single release party?

And wouldn’t you know it, I was reading an unnamed urban mag this weekend and saw an ad for an artist’s single release party. Hey, it’s a recession. If that’s what it takes to keep businesses from folding I’m all for it.

So what’s next? An ‘I’m going into the studio’ announcement release party???
