La Chat is the hardest female rapper out right now. I copped her album Da Hood Homegirl when it dropped last month and did a mini review:

Chat has been on the independent grind for a minute. She isn’t well known nationwide but she is definitely known throughout the South and the industry as one of the rawest, realest and most hood female artists out. Her albums, without major label co-sign, have sold 300,000+ independently. Talk about a relentless hustle! Plus Chat minces words for no one and tells you how she really feels.
La Chat is CEO of her own label Dime A Dozen entertainment. She is most certainly the boss lady and is working on several projects right now, in addition to having been just nominated for several underground and independent upcoming music awards.
I had the opportunity to talk with La Chat earlier this week to get ready for this interview.
She had me cracking up laughing and is as hood and raw as she is on her albums!!!
