Jay-Z’s lifestyle website continues with it’s "Catch Me In The Kitchen" series, this time sitting down with Doug Sohn, the owner of Chicago hot dog emporium Hot Doug’s.

Doug Sohn talks about how he started his business, the wide variety of hot dogs they serve including alligator, buffalo, rattlesnake, elk, and smoked yak; he also touches on how Hot Doug’s became a historical monument in Chicago.
