You know what? I’m really starting to dig The Beast’s promo videos. Instead of just doing flyers for their shows like everybody else, they put together cool videos and  pull in interesting people doing regular things over their music. The last promo video for their Guru Legacy EP release party was shot at the Durham skate park in downtown.

This time around Pierce Freelon, lead emcee of The Beast, recruits Justice and Stella to help spread the word about the upcoming hip hop x jazz quartet’s concert with YahZarah and Warner Music Group’s Zakee on October 28 in Durham.
