“Free Yourself” & “It’s Al!ve” are two new tracks from Mike L!VE. The emcee is now a member of Asheville, NC based hip hop collective Free The Optimus.

Mike L!VE is also the founder of the NC State Cypher and the Asheville Cypher. The NC State Cypher is North Carolina’s largest and longest running hip hop cypher. This past Monday September 1, 2014 the NC State Cypher turned four years old and there was a huge celebration at the Freedom Expression Tunnel on NC State’s campus. I reckon that a good 300-400 plus people came out on Monday. Check out this video from the night that I posted on the Gram. Graffiti artists, break dancers, lyricists, poets and more were in attendance for the celebration. 9th Wonder also came out along with Rapsody, who shot a video for an upcoming release.
