Final Outlaw is a latino rapper from NYC whose material I’ve always dug. You’ve probably seen him featured around these parts a couple of times.

So here’s a new video out of his camp as he takes a trip through NYC, talks about life in a shelter and his scrapes with the New York City boys in blue.
