Mehka King’s Invisible Man Media, the company behind the documentary on the Charlotte, NC hip hop movement "Crown Royalty: The History of The Charlotte Hip Hop Scene", will be releasing with a brand new film in 2012.

"In The Mixx: DJ’s Doing Work" will cover the influence and impact of DJs on the hip hop culture. There will be interviews and clips from renowned DJs such as Tony Neal, Infamous, Scream, Green Latern, Babey Drew, Greg Street and more.

The film will delve into topics such as the rise of mixtapes, DJ Screw and his impact on the Texas music scene, how the internet has changed dj’ing plus more. The film has been in production since October 2010 and is scheduled for release in 2012.
