For some reason heads seem to think Camp Lo had fallen into obscurity. When I told folks Camp Lo had a new album out, heads where like ‘Oh those Luchini cats?’
SMH. That album dropped years ago and since then they’ve had two more in between then and now. ‘Stone & Rob: Caught On Tape’ was released back in March and features production from some of NC’s finest producers.
I caught up with Stone and Rob aka Geechi Suede and Sonny Cheeba at Southern Fried 2009. Afterwards they got on stage and did their thing. These kids still got it.
