Doe Boy is a17 year old rapper/producer out of Cleveland, Ohio that makes crunk music. Which I find interesting, because for the longest time I thought crunk was strictly a Southern thing. He was featured last month on XXL.com’s The Breaks and is also signed to Lex Luger, which might explain the crunk style of rhyming.
On his latest project, Doe Boy releases a mixtape themed with John Singleton’s 1991 classic film, Boyz N The Hood.
Most of the production is handled by Lex Luger, but there’s a couple of tracks that are produced by Doe Boy as well as Southside and 2 Tall. The back cover and track listing can be found after the jump.
