I first got put on to Columbia, SC’s Collard Green way back in summer 2008 when Charlamagne Tha God dropped South Crack: The Album. On the real, that album upped me to a lot of South Carolina artists, because before that time I wasn’t highly aware of what was going on down there musically.

Tron is Collard Green’s latest mixtape. It actually dropped last month but I kept forgetting to post it. I always felt that The Carolina’s doesn’t really have a true crunk artist, but some of Collard Green’s music might be the closet thing to it.
