After several delays out of our control the mixtape is finally here!
One thing I hate is when I hear folk say hip hop is dead. Are these people living under a rock or just repeating what they hear other people say? Hip hop sucks on most commercial radio stations but best believe it’s alive and well on the underground and independent scene.
The tape showcase artists up and down the east coast whose work we dig for one reason or another. This tape has it all: progressive hip hop, trap hop, femcees, dope freestyles, a hip hop band and just straight ride out music. The only thing missing is a shake spot banger.
This project is mixed down by one of the hottest female DJs out of New York
DJ Eeaazzee(Fleet DJs). Be sure to check her out too as she’s been on her mixtape grind something serious these past few months.
