If you wear a fuller cup size (DD-EEE) it be a challenge to find a sports bra that provides comfort, compression, durability & function. When I first started running I wore two-three regular bras (NOT recommended!) in an attempt to get the support needed for high impact activity. It’s not a good idea to wear your regular, everyday bra for workouts. You can have chaffing, not enough support, plus it may ruin your bras as well. Truth is, your day to day bras just aren’t built for fitness activity.
It took me visits to four different running stores before I found this brand. Plus several ladies I know off line have asked what type of gear I wear for running and workouts, so I decided to do this video.
In this video I review the Maia Moving Comfort sports bra and provide feedback on its performance for running, endurance sports and workouts.
