Running socks are expensive & there’s marketing claiming they’re best for runs & workouts. But are they really worth it?
In the latest product review, I compare “regular” performance socks with speciality running socks. I also give some tips on how to cut down on the cost of purchasing running socks. The two running sock brands referenced in the video are Balegas and Feetures!, in comparison with a brand bought at Target.
Below are some things to keep in mind:
1. Good running socks have extra stitching & paneling. This cuts down on friction, increases comfort & prevents blisters.
2. The right mix of synthetic fabric decreases moisture which keeps your feet cooler and dryer in the summer, warmer in the winter.
3. Quality running socks cost more but they last longer & are more durable.
There are ways you can save money as well. Y’all can watch the full product comparison review after the jump!
