Where Is Hip Hop? Episode 53…

Every urban locale I hit this weekend was blasting Teflon Don and it seemed like every 5th car that rode past blasting music was bumping Bawse. In this week’s edition of Where Is Hip Hop? ,Randy and I go in on both Rozay and Jeezy.

If you missed last week’s open letter to The Snowman, I pretty much wondered what happened to him. Jeezy used to be the dope boy’s favorite rapper (and still is to many) but it’s clearly obvious, taking into consideration the past 6 months, that Rick Ross is winning right now.

Randy breaks down where he thinks Jeezy may have gone astray, because like it or not, he’s been putting out some borderline wack music. I even postulated if there may have been a ghost writer in the mix that is no longer around. Either way we both agree Jeezy’s beat selection could be better and maybe he didn’t grow with the times. Last we both make suggestions on how Jeezy could come back and claim his crown, perhaps starting with hooking up with 50 Cent? (who’s been eerily quiet this past week, I might add).

Jeezy is boring right now i agree he was too caught up with his beef with Gucci and i think Jeezy need more records for the women and another crossover hit. Loose my mind was hot, but Ricky Rozay just that nigga right nah. 50 cent loss his beef to Rick Ross 50 so irrelevant to music right now. Jeezy need to hook up with Lex and get a few hot tracks.
